Returns and Exchanges: Should you receive a defective or damaged product, you have up to 7 days from order date to initiate a return. Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You can choose between a full refund or exchanging the product for another one.

Please note that branded or engraved items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 days upon receiving the returned product. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, according to your preference. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

A change in mind is not a valid reason for return or refund.
